Ammar Sharif

Ammar Sharif is a Toronto based freelance photographer and filmmaker. A Self-taught passionate photographer and a film school grad whose first inspiration for visual arts was looking at his father's photography as a kid.

Now he holds the experience of more than six years in the field of photography and two years in filmmaking but it all started as a hobby with a simple mobile phone camera. He proudly always tells his story from where it all started because he believes that it's not necessary that a photograph has to be from high tech equipment and has to be technically sound, the main thing that matter is the vision, aesthetics and the story that a photograph conveys.
 

Since he had been on a professional route since a while now, he had developed a strong grip on professional gear to reach higher level of results for client’s satisfaction. His photographic skills are not limited to a specific genre of photography. He is always passionate for exploring new ideas and fascinations..
